Dancing Astronaut – EDM, trap, techno, deep house, dubstep

Skrillex and Wiwek have a collaboration in the works that we are all waiting for and we have yet to get a proper listen… until now. The pair have been relatively tight-lipped on any official release date, but at least now we have a crisp, clear preview of the mayhem to expect from the jungle terror purveyor and OWSLA‘s head-honcho. Wiwek’s sound comes with high admiration from Skrillex, and the first listen to the track proves the producer’s complementing styles on the still nameless hell-raiser. Wiwek took to the decks at Electric Zoo to crowd-test the new cut that very well sounds like it could be ready for release.

Dubby vocal chops lead into a barrage of screeching synths and barking bass hits as popping drum rhythms knock and sputter on the ID, and the preview just makes the wait more tantalizing. Skrillex and Wiwek is a match made in heaven, prepare yourselves for when this one actually lands. It may be sooner than you think.
